    They use the same bolt face as a 7.62x39. If i recall correctly it’s .03 of an inch smaller in diameter than the 308 bolt face.

    I got a 223 gunsite scout mag for mine, and i’ll get another so i have at least 2. They are heavy but feel much better. I also put a prs on mine so no more sharp edges.

    Savage MK II replacement stock?

    Ill take the savage out in a couple weeks to see if it shoots any better, i’m not sure it could. It has been a tack driver ever since i ditched the plastic stock. I put an old vortex pst scope on it and put it in an mdt chassis.

    I have changed both of my RPR handguards out with seekins rails. The guard itself is compatable but you need to make sure you have the correct barrel nut or things won't line up.

    Savage MK II replacement stock?

    I have my savage in one of the leopard stocks. It’s a great stock and I’m kinda sad they aren’t making them any more. I have been thinking about switching it out recently though as my daughter likes to shoot the 93 but it's just too big for her.

    It is more of what i expect, no blade in the middle, light pull and perfectly predictable. I actually use single stage triggers in my precision ar15s, this has made me rethink that too.
