Re: Buy a frame only? For Ruger's the "upper" or barrel is the serial numbered part. To get a lightweight barrel from Tactical Solutions for a Ruger 22 Handgun you have to go through your FFL. The Browning Buckmark the "lower" or frame is the serialized part. Pat
