Have shot both option 1 and opt 3 at local matches recently. Option 3 is definitely slower having to reposition to square up behind rifle with the distance between panning back and forth. Liked them both though

Bring plenty of ammo. Some matches shoot 12 stages or more on day 1 in order to finish ip earlier on day 2. Ask me how i know. Nothing worse than bringing ammo for 10 stages only to be shooting 12. Other than that its basically just like two 1 days back to back. If you have a bad day on day 1...
