If you do decide to change the Truglo TFOs are awesome. I have a set on my G19.

My wife carries a S&W air weight in 38. And a Bersa BP9CC. She has been very happy with these. The revolver is her go to gun. No drills to remember and a speed loader just in case.

Just put a set of Truglo TFOs on my buddies M&P. he loves them. I have a set on my G19 and I also love them. Great sight for the money.

I want one of these in a bad way! Once I can get my hands on one I plan on it replacing my G19. I know I already like the p30 so should be a no brainer.

They look nice. A little steep in price for me though.
