Good! it fits my budget and I'm strictly a bench shooter. I've got all the reload stuff for the 308 and aside from wondering how a bull barrel does with rapid fire as opposed to a chrome lined... the top of the hill is 800 yards from the front door. ;-)

Have had similar issues with mine, I ended up putting a little fingernail polish on the spring where it meets the frame, kept it from getting looser as it was used. Have two other Savages with AT and no problems, guess it's gun specific sometimes.
