    Reloaded brass doesn't necessarily get softer after firing and reloading ... it typically work hardens over time, but it may become thinner in certain parts and we're not seeing those issues so far in this thread. I don't think the issue is "soft" casings, but rather more a Pressure issue...

    You have excessive pressure signs as well on the case head and cratering primers. Is this a factory rifle or one you pieced together?
