Re: starting an aero/space machine shop ? Couple of quick points: 1. Employees cost a lot of money (roughly figure 1.3 x hourly wage). When they call in sick, that means you'll be running their machine or stuff won't get done. That means whatever you were going to do is not getting done...- Osubeaver
