The question I have is the question of the dealer still not receiving the form 4? Seems like a long time being I had a Form 1 approved on April 14 and it was in my mail box on April 18.- Paddywagon

Well, i found out a can i bought in Sept and went pending in Oct was approved on April 11. According to the dealer they still don't have the Form 4 yet. Anybody else run into this length of time?- Paddywagon

I don't see why it would be a problem. I have had manufacturers give me requested #'s on firearms and I have done homebuilt Form 1's with my serial #'s. Easiest is to call Tbac and talk to them. They are great guys up there!- Paddywagon

You do not need to write a check from the trust. You can use a regular personal check and this has been verified by attorneys. Easiest is to set up a eform account and use a credit or debit card. Sometimes the eform works without a hiccup and sometimes not. Just be patient!- Paddywagon

I just did two F1's yesterday and i use the template i have created with my personal info. I still preview the form before submitting just in case. To say the system was glitchy yesterday is an understatement!- Paddywagon
