    How to apply pressure: Paint vests onto some of the good guys. OK, a whole bunch. Over 30 minutes at random intervals expose 30 bad guys mixed in with 20 good guys at 500m. You end up with a bunch of spent shooters and spotters who grab some shut eye after their relay is finished.
