    The TR handguards don’t have any kind of anti-rotation tabs. Other than that, they are ok.

    Feeding a 6.5 prc in a 700 long action.

    Does anyone have experience feeding a 6.5 prc through a 3.715 magazine? Which one feeds the best? MDT has 30-06, 300wm, and 338LM mags at this length.

    Burris Warranty - my experience

    I just sent my xtr3 off for warranty work. The reticle will shift almost .3 mils when adjusting the magnification ring, and the image quality is very poor above 10x. It’s a USA made scope. I’m hoping they can get it sorted out. It’s not even a year old yet.

    Build a kids rifle - poll added for caliber, scope input requested

    I built my daughters their first rifle from mostly left over ar15 parts. Had to buy a side charging upper receiver. Turn the gas off or just enough to unlock the bolt, and you have a simple bolt action. Easy to fit a kiddo to a Ubr stock, and slim vertical grip. They will never outgrow it.

    Best 6.5 grendel mag:ASC Sucks

    I’ve had good luck with elander 17 rounders. Not a ton of rounds through them yet, but they have been flawless suppressed. Pri 6.8 mags won’t work. I was only able to put 5 in the mag before it started to bind.
