Re: Press advice please Another vote for the Forster Co Ax. Yes, any press can make great match ammo but it's easier to do (and repeat) on a Co Ax. After I bolted mine down for the first time I wondered what the hell I was thinking the past few years when I didn't have one. The press is just...
Re: Help plz; Action only sales still available? So Gunbroker and Google price them at over $800 but you want one for $500? I would just buy a bunch and sell them on gunbroker lol. The last time I saw Rem 700 actions on Brownells I believe they were over $400. Add barrel, stock, etc. and...
Re: Which 308 brass? I use Lapua because that's what the guy included when I bought my rifle from him. Its VERY consistant but I wouldn't hesitate to buy Win brass. I know a lot of guys using it and shooting much better than I do. Look for some once fired FGMM brass too. They all work fine.
Re: How compare custom rifles from walmart type rifles I have a Savage that shoots lights out. I'm not that great of a precision shooter (coming from skeet and pistol) but an instructor and some better shooters than me have put 3 shots into the exact same hole from my 10FP. It has some actual...
Re: Awe S*%t moment. Never had that happen before with my Co Ax but I can see how it could. I love the consistency of their priming tool but I wish it had some type of a feeding system.
Re: Dillon Super 1050 disappointment When I upgraded from a Pro-Jector to a 550, I didnt know WTF I was doing after I opened the box. The poor SOB at Dillon CS stayed on the phone with me and walked me through EVERYTHING for about 20 minutes. I managed to break the primer retaining pin and...
Re: Anyone got Forster Bushing Bump Neck Sizing Dies? I use Forster bench-rest dies exclusively and I am very happy with them. The Redding seems to be a LITTLE bit better machined, but really does not preform any better than the Forster. I am also very partial to their Co Ax press.

Re: Need help buying my first AR The Palmetto rifle is a GREAT deal. Also I second the suggestion to look into a Colt or LMT upper (or complete rifle, for that matter). I have found the LMTs to be fantastic for any price and either one of those will probably outlast you. Also, if you are...
Re: Browning A-5 makes a comeback... I think this is awesome. When I was younger I thought the humpback was ugly as sin but now I have a profound respect for it. I'm glad its getting a new lease on life and I hope Browning doesn't cut any corners. These things were built like tanks, no doubt...
Re: First batch of 308 I've actually been meaning to buy some of those for testing in my 30-30. With all of the bullets available for .308 win, I can't figure out why the gun store guy would pick these. Maybe he thought the box looked cool lol
