I use it heated. lasts for quite a few batches, about 15 min / run,then rinse well and let dry. the pockets are clean and the brass...- platsmith

.223 brass
I have a couple of 5 gal buckets of .223 range brass, and would like to know which brand to pull out for reloading. I've already pulled out all the LC brass and cut them down for the 300 blackout. I'm sure there are a few thousand of 6 or more brands. Question is which. I would like to stick...- platsmith

If I take once fired brass and trim it to 1.76, and then full length size it , it will turn out to be 1.766. I can't trim it after i size it because the neck opening is reduced,and it won't fit on the Forster trimmer. So do I trim to 1.754 to allow for stretching during full length sizing? sry...- platsmith
