Re: M1A Yeah my "high quality" SAI parts broke and look like they have been through the Apocalypse after 500 rounds of mil surplus ammo. So that being said I cant see trusting regular old parts again . Shipping a gun from Alaska to Illinois and waiting 6 weeks isnt worth it to me- PolishX

How do I tell if I have a headspacing issue ? My bolt roller popped off my M1A Scout . Op rod shows excessive wear and there is an odd dent at the 12' oclock position on the breach face- PolishX

Re: .308 Battle Rifle If I had to buy a new .308 battle rifle it would be an AR-10 . I love my M1A but in a SHTF scenario I would prefer the mag insertion tech. of the AR platform since I am super familular with it from my military days , just my 2 cents- PolishX
