The Surgeon 591 action, bottom metal, McMillan A-5, and HVR are confirmed - only things I'm unsure of is the barrel manufacturer. I believe I recall it to be a Krieger or Bartlein, 26 in either MTU or Heavy Palma. The barrel is stamped by Gradous and he usually only uses those two (or Broughton...- PPA0317
