Mounted and used for about 30 shots. I have all original package. Works fine but decided not to keep the build going so its up for sale $150 obo shipped.

Safariland will sell you one, I had to do it myself. Make sure they provide the pin too... It was pretty inexpensive, like $25.00 for all the parts I needed.
