    Magnetospeed v3 measured factory fgmm 168 grain out of my 20 inch savage hog hunter at 2640 fps (5 shot avg) at a temperature of 80 degrees.

    So I went ahead and picked one up and dropped it in a B&C Medalist. I was rushed for time and after the initial sight in, I was able to shoot a 5/8 inch three shot group and a 3/4 inch five shot group at 100 yds using 168 grain FGMM. So far I'm very pleased. Thanks for the help.

    Savage Hog Hunter 308

    I'm on the fence about picking one of these up and was hoping some folks in this community would be willing to help me out. My main concern is accuracy. Most of what I've researched on the web talks about people using cheaper grade hunting ammo around 150 grains and not being very impressive...
