    30BR Caution While the 30BR is a great and inherently accurate cartridge you may end up running into problems getting good custom bullets. Currently there is a shortage of jackets and the custom bullet makers are having a hard time fulfilling order. Just something to keep in mind.

    So far there has been no effect. I'm shooting a Obermeyer AMU contour barrel, it's heavy. I doubt I have shot rapidly enough to heat it up to the point where I would see a change so it's possible.     Apparently having the hole out of center of the barrel did not affect the accuracy of this rifle either. It shoots so well I had a hard time deciphering a 300 yard ladder test. 1/2 m.o.a. or less at 300. Actually 12 rounds covering 1 1/2 grains of powder (42.0-43.5 H-4350) were right at 1 m.o.a.

    Thanks for the replies. Ya'll confirmed what I was thinking. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious. I have found it's usually good to have another perspective. I have not done much ladder testing was hoping I was on the right track.
