    What is the longest shot you've made with an AR-15 sporting the 16" barrel and chambered in .223? Just curious. I have a Colt LE6920 and thought about retiring the Eotech and putting a precision scope on it. Any thoughts on this?

    Well after looking and looking and looking.....I decided to order a Savage model 10 FCP-SR. I like that it already has the threaded /fluted barrel, accu trigger, 20 MOA scope base, and the detachable box mag. Anyone have any experience?.....Next is to find a decent scope in the $5-$600...
