We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!

Re: AR 10T upper question Not sure what doing the schlepp is but i want my rifle light enough to carry in a somewhat ready position while walking in. At 54 my giddyup is in question. Sure another gun would probably work, but i am asking about a shorter and lighter barrel, or a lighter upper.
I have an AR10 T with a 24 inch barrel. I bought it to shoot and to hog hunt with. Unfortunately it is too heavy for the hog hunting use. My son has a AR10 with a 16 inch barrel, so we switched uppers. His upper would shoot fine on the first shot and not shoot till you chambered another round...
