    6x45... whats the deal?

    I have always been fascinated with this round. Can’t explain why but just have. Strangely I’ve never built one. Ironically I have a 25x45 sharps that I built on an ar platform. Even in a 25cal with the 85-87ish grain projectiles it is deadly.

    Took mine back out today and shot for more data on the barrel. At 50 rounds so curious to see where this ends up. 109s running 2755 with an sd of 8. So far I’m loving this set up.

    That’s my concern. Is it worth trying something different to see if it’s a brass problem since that original stuff was supposedly too soft?

    I run 69 SMKs in my bolt gun and they are stupid accurate. I picked up some 69 TMKs, loaded with the same load and base to ogive and they hammer just as well. I’m surprised you’re seeing a difference from one to the other. I was just reading earlier today that another guy was having issues...

    Tac Med Solutions is another solid company that I’ve used over the years. Similar products to NAR except they have their own TQs that are very solid. Premade kits or a la carte.
