    The one I received last week seems to be accurate. I ranged the moon one evening and was given back a result that was 99.49% accurate.

    So I just got this scope in last week and I have been loving it ever since. Luckily it is my first spotting scope so I have nothing extravagant to compare it to. I was able to make out an osprey eagle across the lake from where I live at 3.26km (2.02 miles), I couldn't see color of its feathers...
