Dump the lone wolf barrel and get a Glock threaded barrel. Never had an issue using Glock threaded barrels for my various 9mm and 45acp Glocks suppressed. Lone wolf barrels are a fix without a problem.

This is the third XTR II issue to show up recently on the hide. Appears Burris missed the mark with this series.

There has been a lot of apprehension when Burris announced the XTR II's due to their previous track record. The XTR II's promised a lot. Let's hope this failure was a rare exception, otherwise the XTR II's will still not be considered for serious use.

Burris has to wait to fill current orders for the XTR II's before they switch the line over to produce the T5Xi's with different knob's, ocular housings, and markings.
