Confirm "VALOR" Officially Joint the 22LR Elite. 700 Foot prints.!

This is from The Firearm Blog. ”Also on display at the Masterpiece Arms booth was the new 22LR conversion kit for the Curtis Custom short actions. Of all the complete rifles and custom actions designed to shoot the 22LR, this was the only conversion kit I found at this year’s SHOT show. I...

I called MPA last week and asked about the status of the Curtis 22lr. They estimated just a few more weeks.

How to Move a Safe (1000 lbs.)

You might want to put some masonite down before rolling it on the hardwood. That much weight might leave marks in your floor. I think I would try to put it on a couple movers dollies, they are only about $15 each at the hardware stores.

GAP-10 6.5 CM-- heavy cratering, heavy swipes, and 2 pierced primers with factory ammo

I too have build a METEN in 6.5 Creedmoor and are noticing overpressure signs similar to what has been discussed in this post. Been using Hornady factory ammo, but they seem too hot for my rifle. Haven't had a chance to run them through the chrono yet. Very interested in hearing what comes of...

    6.5CM RL25

Re: 6.5CM RL25 6.5 creedmoore seems to like the slower burning powders. I read an article awhile back from Hornady saying all their tests pointed towards slower burn rate powders for this cartridge. Hornady uses H4350 in their factory ammo if I remember correctly, lots of people (including...

Troy Battle Sights or KAC Micro's for SBR

Re: Troy Battle Sights or KAC Micro's for SBR I chose the troys for my SBR and really like them. It's nice to have a full size pair of sights that fold down out of the way. I've shot many 3gun matches with open sights and find them as quick as a red dot out to 100yds. The only problem with...

    Sampson or Midwest free float?

Re: Sampson or Midwest free float? I recently installed the MI free float gen 2 on my 3gun rifle and like it alot. Its very sturdy and very light. I was worried about holding onto it near the gas block area (mid length) during high round count stages, but haven't had any issues with being...

    Sidearms & Scatterguns J-Frame Holster

Re: J-Frame Holster I carry my J frame in a IWB from Concealment Solutions and love it. The more broken in the holster gets, the more comfortable it gets. They just released an IWB appendix carry platform that looks like worth checking out. If you go this route, I would advise paying the...

Re: Mega MaTen, JP, 6.5 Creedmoor build done Nice rifle. I just built one with all the same components except a Geissele national match trigger and Atlas bipod. Shopping for a scope but really holding out for the new upcoming HDMR2. My thunderbeast 30P-1 is at my dealer and paperwork has...

    Pics from the Range!

Re: Pics from the Range! I haven't been in awhile, which is surprising as i too live about 5 minutes away. I am a memeber at ORSA and shoot out there often. I liked the John Sevier range, RSOs were nice. Seemed well taken care of too. Worst part was odd operating times during the week.

    Spikes AR15

Re: Spikes AR15 I have had my spikes rifle for a couple years now and use it for 3gun matches. Haven't really done much to it, it runs great. Never had to use their customer service but hear its pretty good if needed. i dont get into the drama or stuff about spikes on some forums. I'll be...
