Suppressors Worth suppressing a .45 ACP pistol?

Re: Worth suppressing a .45 ACP pistol? I have an Osprey 40 (same length as the 45) and the length while definitely there it isn't bothersome at all. I enjoy it a great deal.

Some Savage 110 questions

Re: Some Savage 110 questions You could even go with a Stavens model 200 if you plan on heavily modifing it anyway... Cheap way to get a Savage action. Thats the route I went for my 338 edge build.

Subsonic 338 edge

I have searched far and wide and the best I have found so far is someone took apart a 338LM subsonic and the powder looked like trail boss (which makes sense). I am looking to duplicate this with a 300SMK in the Edge but am a little worried about detonation that you hear about with fast powders...
