Re: How long do you run brass in Tumbler w/ SS Media?
4 hours, only do pistol cases. Never have seen any irregularities in the case mouths.
Best way to dry is seperate the cases and pins, then dump brass in an old bath towel and shake rapidly for a reasonable amount of time, then run in...
Re: tula primers... good?
I use a fair number of Wolf (been told both are made in same factory) and have had no problem with them. This is in a .45 and not a benchrest gun so can't comment on accuracy with them.
Re: Dillon RL-450
Or use as is, the only major difference is that the 550 has interchangeable tool heads. That, of course, assumes loading only one caliber on it. If a lot of different calibers, then the upgrade to the 550 is the way to fly.
Re: Stainless Steel Media Testimonials
After the media seperator - just put it into a vibratory tumbler and run for a couple of hours. It will come out quite shiny and require only a few minutes of your time to throw it in the tumbler and seperate the media after it's through.
Re: Thoughts/Opinions on Chronographs
You get the rail with the kit. Also the folding stands.

I've had one since the late 80s and it is still the best one available.
