.338 Norma improved worth it??
In a repeater, the advantage a 338 Norma Improved has over the .338 EDGE and .338 RUM is that one can easily run it in a 3.850" magazine with a 300 gr Berger and still use all of the available case capacity - with resulting velocities virtually equal to the longer cartridges.
