    I was told the best guesstimate on the 8-40 was end of Feb, early Mar so that would seem accurate. I also keep an eye on "O.P.'s" estimated availability link on the site. I noticed it recently went the wrong way, appearing to be available later than originally expected.

    I called Burris Optics this morning and spoke with "Chris" regarding delivery of the 8-40X50. He told me they expect to start seeing them the second week of Feb, with full shipments not later than the end of Feb. We'll see how that goes.
