    Should I buy a Cooper?

I've owned a Cooper M22 for about 12 years. Best hunting rifle I've ever owned, period. Shoots sub 1/2 moa with ease right out of the box. No need for aftermarket tinkering or customization to get it to shoot and function as it should. Worth every penny.

Official (DTA) SRS, HTI, Covert, Hunter Thread

I had great results with with VVN-140 (25.0 gr) and equally good results with Varget (24.5 gr). The VVN load is well above book max, so be careful.

Official (DTA) SRS, HTI, Covert, Hunter Thread

Mine likes 77gr Lapua and 77gr Sierra. Both will shoot in the .1s. I have also had good results with 60gr Sierras for varmints. Haven’t tried anything heavier since the 77s have shot so well.

    6.5 creedmoor vihtavuori longrange

41gr of VVN 550 has worked well for me in my JP LRP-07 with 123 or 130 grain bullets. In my 6.5 Creed bolt rifle, with 140 grain bullets, I like H-4350 or RL16.

Sidearms & Scatterguns colt vs Les Baer

I used to own a Colt. It was a piece of shit. Not very accurate, so loose it rattled and jammed constantly. I now own a Baer. Fantastic gun. Extremely accurate and runs like a sewing machine. It's like comparing a Volkswagon Beetle to a Porsche 911.

    Compact Hunting Rifle

If it's a hunting rifle you want, just get a Ruger American and call it done. It may not be sexy, but it's a reliable, accurate and light weight hunting rifle. I recently helped out a member at the club I shoot at set one up in 375 Ruger. Three shots into one ragged hole at 100 yards. I was...

    Quality Factory 6.5 Creedmoor Ammo

Hornady 140 ELDM has been the best in my rifle. I reload the Hornady brass and it has performed quite well. My reloads average less than 3/8" at 100 yards. The factory ammo is almost just as good.

    Kinetic Research Group SOTIC?

Got out today with my SOTIC for the first time since the lockdown. Still shooting great. Shot a 5x5 at 100 yds. The first group (top left) includes the cold bore shot from a squeaky clean barrel. Zero POI shift. Best group was .241", worst was .602". Average for 25 shots was .373". Got to love...

    Free kit from KRG

    Love KRG😍 Thanks, guys!

Hard Use Rifle Made in USA?

No problem. I also remembered another big advantage the SOTIC has over the TRG; tooless adjustments for comb height and LOP. The TRG comb adjustment employs a very small and proprietary nut that floats inside a track that is built into the stock. Once you remove the comb, there is nothing...

Hard Use Rifle Made in USA?

The TRG is a great rifle, and for many, it may be a better option dollar for dollar than a SOTIC. Whether the benefits the SOTIC offers over the TRG are worth the extra money is a personal and budgetary decision. That being said, here are the things that I prefer about the SOTIC: 1. Although the...

Hard Use Rifle Made in USA?

It weighs about 13 lbs, with optics, making it relatively light for a tactical rifle. If you want to make it heavier, KRG offers a variety of weighting options. The balance is quite good. The action is smooth as glass and the trigger is excellent; very much like a pre 2013 Sako TRG. The...

    Modular Trigger on JP LRP-07

I have a TT in my LRP-07. Great trigger and very easy to install. The only drawback is the reset is very light. It took me about 100 rounds to adjust to the feel. Now I can feel the reset, no problem.

My bolt gun collection is now complete

Yeah, I thought I was done too when I had four really nice rifles. Now I'm up to 14 and still not "done".
