Yep. Many of my friends say I should keep c7. I want to upgrade but I cant afford a c8 with the crazy prices. Thought of a used one butttt... The corvette isn't "everyday man's" sports car anymore.
I can't spend vudoo kind of money on a sport I don't even know if I'll enjoy. I've decided on the bergara. I'm going to order it in thr next few days. I'm an ffl so I ship it to my business. I'm out of town so it'll wait a few days so.its there for me to sign. I've stretched my budget from...
Honestly for a 22... it just looked cool, but I won't give up a hb for it. I csme here to ask if anyone had proof and someone indeed showed it to me. I couldn't find it bu searching unfortunately. My r700 is 17 lbs, I ain't carrying that thing around to hunt. Lol
I think that's how it's gonna be bud. When I was doing this precision stuff back in 2010, there was no sub moa for 1000 that I recall. You had to build one or get an expensive GAP rifle or something similar. Now i can get a bergara for 850 dollars and shoot sub moa... I'll gladly start over...
Well... thing is, i do want a buy a CF barrel. But I'm not going to give up on a thicker piece of steel for it. It shaves a pound in 16 inches, thats a big difference. I also don't think 22lr csrtridge and a very light 22 supressor would make a difference between pencil barrel and hb in terms...
Hey all, don't want to hijack my own thread, so I created this one for this unique question that I can't find much discussion on besides few comments here and some youtube commenters. I've read that the 14R CF barrel is not a good barrel because inside is a much thinner profile barrel compared...
Luckily I have only 1 bolt rifle that's "precision" oriented. I haven't shot in a while because when I had it blueprinted, I had it reamed for a VERY long 30-06 that I would reload myself to get all the accuracy. She doesn't shoot any other 30-06 too well, and there isn't much (if any) match...
so I just pulled out my good ole R700 that is a righty. I messed around and never thought to ever try that thing as a rigthy. I'm home now but I did some dry firing and I can see why it's always been so awkward for me to shoot that thing to cycle it lol. I really want a lefty now. I was going...
Couldn't agree with you guys more. It's going to take some serious money to get a CZ or a Tikka the way I would want it. Whether it'd be lefty action, threaded barrel, or a stock I can at least adjust my cheek weld on. Bergara has all 3 from time of purchase. I just need a scope base and a...
Thanks for that. I was going to say, YIKES 7 month wait. but price isn't too bad, then I realized 375 doesn't include the butt stock which almost cost as much as the chassis itself. PHEW. lol (don't forget a grip for another $65) Smart they just went with an ambidextrous design though. Too bad...
Yeah so I looked at Tikka and nobody really offers a good solution to the stock Tikka has (if you're buying the lefty version) there is a KRG chassis that I really liked but they don't offer it in lefty. CZ does have a lefty, but I can't find one online and I don't like the stock on it and I do...
