True, but most people get 1-3 cans at most so starting with a 762 can that will work with 30cal on down is a great start. Odds are they will have a use for it dedicated to a larger caliber rifle at all times and then they can add a pistol can and a 556 can down the road. Until they are committed...
Yea I don't know. Definitely not what I am seeing but then again what I have seen differs from the guy to the right of me and to the left of you so there's no telling. I haven't seen a can add more than 15-20 fps to a rifle.
If it's your first can then most definitely go with the 762, it's a no brainer. The only reason to get a 6K is if you don't plan to ever shoot or own anything larger than 556/6ARC or if you already have multiple 762 cans like myself.
Carbine buffer, tube and spring with a SA carrier and JP bolt. I am trying to keep it as light as possible for the 80's as they didn't want to cycle without a can. Ejection pattern suppressed with the 80's was a consistent 4 o'clock so that's a win and the recoil was extremely light. The 108's...
I don't know a single person that paid more than $4600-4700 new but I am sure there were many who did. That said, $5K plus the hinge, top rail, supposed better action, etc. you're awful close to the new rifle.
Those speeds are kind of slow. The video below shows 80 VT factory loads through a 18" 7.5 twist suppressed, the same setup myself and @rlsmith1 are running and he was averaging 2865 with a few rounds just breaking 2900 and he even had a few groups .750 moa or slightly better. Do y'all think...
Great initial review, thanks for sharing. Their mags are probably the cats meow but dammit if they aren't wildly over priced. I'd like a few straight 20 rounders so I'll likely break down and buy some but I am having great results with the Duramag 10's for now. It's wild to see how awful those...
I've been flirting with picking up an AT-X for few years now and something keeps holding me back. I hate to pay even more for the AT-XC but if it's better and has more options standard I can see the appeal. As a buyer I haven't been seeing Gen 3 guns going for $4K or less, maybe I am just...
