That's great news. I assumed after the reports of the shoe being so difficult to move, that's what happened. I'm glad it turned out to be such a minor issue for me that I have no problems waiting, and using the trigger in the mean time.

I made something similar back when I had a sporter. I printed an internal and external block to better support the device. Eventually I cut the housing because my brakes were still getting in the way. I also made that bore spacer to put the sensor 1/8” off the bore.

I’m left handed as well, and also have only shot right hand actions. I can shoot righty pretty easily as I learned both early. I’ve never shot a left handed action before.

My initial experience with MDT’s CS was imperfect but perfectly satisfactory given the circumstance. I told them that when they asked, so they in turn switched it up and made it perfect. I hope OP gets the same type of outcome.
