    Re: Inexpensive long range targets Went to a metal scrap yard and got spare pieces of steel. Also went to a machine shop and got free scrap pieces and made some "gongs" for longer distances. 1/4 hasnt showed any sign of weakness from my .308 at 500 yds!

    Is this stuff any good? Right now i use the walnut shells + polishing compound and I like it, minus the cleanup work. I feel like the Stainless media would be cleaner, but has anyone actually tried it for polishing brass? Usually I clean my brass in a bucket with car wash soap and then 1-2...

    Re: Newbie Bullet choice My M25 likes M118LR duplicates 175 Sierra projectile 42 work up to 44 gr RL15 powder (4895 also works) I believe the mil spec calls for 44 gr RL15. I usually stay around 42.3 comfortably. Also you could try a 168 gr Projectile with RL15 - good combo!
