    Fastenal nearby ? they have some pretty decent cutting, taps and dies, usually in stock. a few $ more in some cases. convenient though.

    using a fair number of paints in other hobbies (too many) rustoleum has sometimes not given the best results. Valspar has done quite well, used it to repaint an old Lathe. Also Duplicolor paints from autoparts store. Duplicolor gave a real nice surface and shine....lol, not exactly what ine...

    somewhere in the picture is a CMP 541x, glue-in shilen barrel. added a recoil lug(it kicks sooo hard), added a 2nd action screw. shoots pretty decent.

    cool. I'm a newb. obviously :) completed a few gun projects, a .22 rebarrel, a savage barrel swap. have had lathe, mill for a few years. just other little projects before. everything to learn. many mistakes to make :)

    thanks, there were about 5 other items I needed, so just added that tool to the order. Fairly inexpensive, so its all good. ive wasted more $$ before :)
