    Ssg 3000 barrel feeler

Anders Hatting's adapters are expensive, but nice. Does he have very many left in stock?

Need a little SIG SSG3000 Help.

Sorry for the late pics, Here is a 7.62x51 (loaded) and 280 AI (empty). Last one showing the amount of space from the end of the 280 AI brass to the magazine. Plenty of room. :) JBell, went with Gene Williams in Princeton, TX. He's local to me and came highly recommended.

Captramrod01, I believe you are correct on the 6.5x55. I'm hoping to find a oem heavy barrel 30-06 in the country though. TallShot, I don't have any dummy or live rounds (yet), but will take a few pics for you when I get home.

Yes, I ordered the extension through Larsen's site. My smiths 280 Remington and 280 AI dummy rounds fed reliably through the magazine.

Got my barrel back, looks great. Had the MTU barrel turned down to original barrel specs to fit the stock. Took longer than expected, but worth the wait. Just need to order a few bullets to work up loads and find some good glass.

Buds guns??? Any one buy from them?

As with everyone else, they are GTG. Purchased about 4 firearms from them, FFL received them very fast. Just purchased more mags from them this past week, they arrived to my home here in Texas in only 2 working days.

Gunsmithing Sauer MDL 200 replacement barrel

Purchased from AH Larsen ( www.ahlarsen.dk ). It uses metric threads M22 x 1.5 . Gene mentioned if I could purchase the adapter unthreaded so it could be standard threaded, it would be golden. Also mentioned the MTU contour barrel I purchased maybe too heavy in the long-run because of the way...

Gunsmithing Sauer MDL 200 replacement barrel

wapiti16b, looks like you and I are trying to do the same thing. I had posted a while back and was told today that my gunsmith started work on my SSG 3000. I had purchased the SIG SSG 3000, adapter and a bartlein barrel (MTU 7mm), then dropped off to my gunsmith. He is going to chamber the...

    Sauer 200STR Sig SSG3000 Q's

O.K Weber no longer imports Border Barrels. I had called about 2 months ago and they told me they quit a while back, could not find any other importer for Border. The only way I found to import is maybe through someone like Simpson LTD. Simpson Ltd The fees do not make it worth wild.

    Sauer 200STR Sig SSG3000 Q's

Going through the barrel / adapter process right now. The thread on the adapter from Larsen is M22 x 1.5 . My gunsmith Gene Williams is currently working on it and will let you know how well everything fits, once he is done.

http://www.ahlarsen.dk/sortiment/diverse-tilbeh-r-2/ Was thinking about purchasing another one for a 30-06 or 30-06 AI also. You have to stay with the "standard" bolt face ie 308.

Need a little SIG SSG3000 Help.

Long time reader, first post. Just received my SIG SSG 3000 and purchased a barrel adapter. I was looking to purchase a barrel of approximately 26" and have it chambered in 280 AI. Was trying to find a smith to accomplish this task. First off, I keep reading that the 280 AI is a little...
