Right on?I didnt mean to jump you earlier, was a bit lost on the complaint.no pun, but kinda like buying a new 4K TV and not being satisfied the the video quality of an early 90’s VHS player hooked to it(if that’s even possible)Anywho They have been great answering questions.
Why would you buy the latest and greatest advancement in scope/electronic pairings and complain it’s too new for your taste? Just run what you ran in the early 90’s for a scope, and keep on keeping on.
Good stuff thanks for the input! An idea for one of the targets is an unknown distance/location you have to hike over the "ridge" locate/range/and engage in xxx seconds from an old downed tree..Could also add an "endurance" related scenario..Get some huffin and puffin going!
First time doing this was last year, and this year is rolling around for the 2nd Annual Invitational "High Country Steel Shootout". A little back story..I live in a small ranching town, with some high country lookouts, great hunting, that offers some of the most challenging shooting experiences...

I don't have any brass/bullets/dies yet.Im trying to get some "ballpark" bushings I can throw on the order so I can hopefully one stop shop the order.if I had brass and bullets I would do that. What bushing size are you running is more the question.I'm sure some are using horn 6 creed brass on here!
Just wanted to get some notes on bushing size the group is using for your 6CM. Brass will be Horn 6 Creed and 105 Hybrids in a Whidden bushing die. What I have found so far is .269/.268 is in the right neighborhood but no confirmation. Wish I had a loaded round.. however wanted to get some...
Peter, I'm really looking for something you don't have to flip all the way up,just rolls out enough in the down position to get a good cheek weld. I seen and got the idea going from your website.I am also running an LDI ITAL-A.It will be great for the run and gun stuff, but the clip on really...
Cool thanks for the advice.I see plenty of the flip up type mounts. Is there something that rolls out to the side as to the flip up type? Or would that even work? Thanks again.
I'm trying to get a helmet rig going for my PVS-14.It just came with the skull crusher and the usgi mount.JUNK. I also have a clip on NVD for the gun,and what I'm running into is I cannot get into to scope because the PVS is in the way. So what are you guys doing/using? Flipping the J-Arm up...
