Now that I have ordered a Gen II non-E 1-6, I am thinking about going with a Scalarworks LEAP scope mount, to help offset the weight of the Razor. I am considering the new 1.93" height model they are coming out with in Feb. For those of you that have used a higher mount do you like it better...
I see that Scarlarworks offers two different heights, 1.57 and 1.93. Which do you have ? Looks like it will be between the Scalarworks and the Geissele extended.
I forgot to add that the Razor will be mounted on an 11.5" BCM using a SBA3 brace most of the time and a 16" BCM other times. So will need the mount to provide enough eye relief while on the pistol.
I posted yesterday about choosing a LVPO, I went with a Vortex Razor Gen 2, also ordered the switchview lever. Now I need help choosing a mount. I am leaning towards a quick detach mount to switch between rifles. I am looking at the ADM Recon or Recon-X and the LaRue LT-204. For those of you...
Unfortunately I don't, I guess I could mock something up that has about the same weight as the Razor to see how I like the weight. I may attempt to try that.
I have a BCM 11.5 pistol that I need to put an optic on. I have been reading and researching and I think I have it narrowed down to two. First is the Steiner P4Xi 1-4 and second is the Vortex Razor JM Gen 2 with the JM-1 reticle. This will just be for a range gun and home defense gun. I am more...
