take it off. most direct thread cans (assume yours is since you dont mention another device) are made to go all the way to the barrel shoulder on the threads. Some people do run a crush washer (the washer on yours) but there shouldnt be any need to do that.
I was in the same boat as you. Different barrel but same can. I have a 8.5" Rainier Arms Ultramatch barrel on mine. I went with the 7.2" Troy alpha rail and it fits pretty perfectly. An 8.2" would work too since mine has a tiny bit of barrel sticking out (maybe a half inch). SO any 7" or so...
and try to be not breathing in when pulling he trigger! I dont rapid fire to often with my AR's and i shoot them all suppressed (300blk and 223). Just try to keep it slow, keep the mouth closed and no be inhaling right after pulling the trigger! But honestly as a lefty who shoots a "right...
Going past 8-9 is either personal preference, legal reason (sbr), or filling a role such as wanting to shoot longer distances (which also falls under personal preference too). I have both a 8.2 sbr and a 16". Haven't played toooo much with the 16 inch but it is easier to be accurate (group...
If I remember right the blackout is designed to fully burn in 8" of barrel. Most sbr 300 s I have seen barrel wise are 8, 8.2, 9, or 10 inches in length. Haven't really seen shorter than 8. As for the 1000 fps Mark...even in a 8 inch barrel you'll have to play with your powder charges to hit...
Pls th of guys use the 30ba and 30p1 on semi autos. They heat up quick but a mag dump or two shouldn't hurt them. If you plan to do that frequently I'd look at other cans though. But I've do rapid fire with mine for 20-30 rounds and other than the can being hot I haven't had any issues
If you lose a gun you'd report it to the police (I hope!) So they would know it's not a transfer. So you should be safe.....Though who really knows but I'd assume it would be the same as it is now if your lost it
O I agree there's lots of poorly written wording in the bill...part of why so many groups are against it outside of pro gun groups (ie wa cops). The hunting portion is interesting as you mention. I can't look it up right now as I'm on my phone. I know there's an exemption but I'm not sure how...
Please dont be like the anti-gunners and spew bullshit to try to make points. What you described is PERFECTLY LEGALLY under i-594. Under exemptions "at an established shooting range authorized by the local governing body". Theres also plenty of other exemptions such as lending a rifle to under...
FYI they arent called MSDS anymore..OHSA is moving to the Safety Data Sheet system. :) I SS tumble my brass. Im not a good enough shot to notice the difference. Im happy when i shoot a .5MOA group and when its 1MOA or more i know its cause of me. Those guys can hand clean their brass and all...
Im definitely not your age group....but my dad is...well actually he is a bit older (62). But he retired at 55 and has been going to the gym 5 days a week since then. Just from talking to him i can mentioned some things that worked for him. Get a personal trainer. Not a generic one who is...
Ill start off and say the 650 is a great way to go. If i shot more i would have gone with it no doubt about it. But you sound a lot like me. You shoot a few thousand rounds a year and thats it. I bought a 550 and it has more than kept up with me. In fact i have a bit of an extra stockpile...
