I have a fn spr that is chambered in 6.5 creedmoor, want to make it a 6.5 saum. Is it as simple as having the bolt face opened up and running a reamer in?

Forgot to mention caliber 6.5 creedmoor, reallly like the caliber as well.

I recently had Moon rebarrel and true a fn spr action for me, and wow this thing will shoot. I tried to work up a load using 140 bergers and reloader 17 and it shot everything I tried well... very well. So I settled on 43.5 gr shooting at 2950 fps and took it out to my friends farm that has...

I got 2938 with 43 gr out of a 24 inch barrel wiith 140 grain berger vld's no pressure signs what so ever. Gonna play with it some more this weekend.

Seems to be a little slower to come back in my area, there were only two powders there on shelves that used to be full. Thanks for the heads up on the hybrids.

Went to the local sportsmans warehouse in search of a pound of reloader 17 to try in my new crescent custom built 6.5 creedmoor, and there set 3 5 pound jugs of it. I hope the rifle likes it or I bought 5 pounds for nothing. Now to find some 140 hybrids.
