I just recently purchased a set of the Atlas bottom feet like above. They are bigger than I thought. The feet are easily an inch across. They work great on wood or some other base that they can dig into. Main reason I bought them was to keep the legs from spinning.
Same here on the MWS. I hunt with mine quite a bit and the weight doesn’t bother me a bit! I’ve also shot it at a 1000 yard course and had no issues. The MWS can be very accurate! Although it is also finicky when shot suppressed.
Definitely look at Velocity Systems. I have 2 Mayflower plate carriers completely set up. They both are very comfortable and pretty modular. You can setup various front placards and they clip in.
