Gents, My M40A1 clone weighs 15.5 pounds with sling, Luppie MK IV M1, and loaded magazines. Just about perfect, IMHO. Wes

Gents, I use a Obermeyer 5R 1:10" twist and it shoots 155 scenars and 175 SMK's equally well. It likes 168's, but I don't and settled on 175's for most of my work. Think of it this way...worst case scenario your going to overstabilize the 155 Scenar using 1:10" twist. Wes

Gents, It may be a pierced primer OR if it's an older rifle the trigger may be gunked up with oil and debris and need to be flushed out with lighter fluid. Worst case is it may need to be dis-assembled and flushed. If you're not comfortable with this have a competent gunsmith do it... Wes
