    Re: Not sure where to post this... Nope and so far I didn't ask, I wondered about them being so far back too, but looking at a mossberg shotgun in my safe the ports are about 1 1/2" back from the end of the barrel. I'm gonna ask Remington tomorrow. hopefully they will know the answer.
