So I've been using Strelok and KestrelLink on iOS forever. I picked up a Surface Pro today for work. I'm weighing pros\cons of a full Windows 10 system VS iOS for ballistics data in the filed\at the bench. Thoughts?

You provided everything needed to answer the question. He said in the OP that he needed 20Mil to get to 1,400. And provided the range of travel for his optic? Why blast him for not providing all of those details? They aren't actually relevant to the question.
You need to know how much of that elevation is 'used up' getting to your 100yd (or whatever) zero, then figure your required adjustment after zero. So...if you need ~8mil of adjustment to get to zero, then need +20Mil of adjustment to get to 1400, you need a total of 28Mil adjustment.
I loaded a couple hundred rounds in a single session a few weeks ago. Same lot of powder, same box of bullets, all loaded at the same time, etc. I ran 5 rounds over my Magnetospeed at 59*F, DA last week. Average 2706fps. Today, same range, I ran 3 rounds past a LabRadar for 2686 FPS average...
41.5 gr under a 140 ELD-M gets me ~2750fps Tikka Tac A1 6.5CM averaging 0.5MOA Temp does seem to be an issue, but with good notes it hasn’t been a problem.
