Made it to the range today for the 1st time. I put the barreled action in a stockys vg2 carbon I had laying around. Shot about 50 rounds. All CCI SV. Zero feed/extraction issues. I’m pretty happy. Was rushing because of cold/dark. Pics below. Of 50 and 100 yards.

4.5 inches from the action is .730. It’s .730 the whole way to the thread protector from there.

Any reason I can’t run the T1x factory bottom metal in a cdi inlet stock? Fit isn’t perfect but seems to feed fine.

Round count is under 200. Cleaning isn’t an issue since the barrel has been like this since new. Figured that what I’m gonna need but just hesitant to do it.

I believe I have a Creedmoor with a throat dia that is on the small side. If any Bullet measures over .264 it’s very tight and you can see drag marks on the bullet all the way around. This goes for factory and handloads. Most everything besides my Berger’s are about .2643 ish and are scary...
