5 years later! I have an update. So after working on the MB load in 2012, I (for some dumb reason) decided to try out the 180 Berger VLD. Bad idea. I worked on that load for over two years and never got it under 1/2 MOA. For $55/box I finally abandoned that projectile. I don't think my 1-9...- yagermyster

Re: New Barnes bullets My micrometer is at another location, so I will have to go by the look of it. The Amax appears to be about 1-1.5 mm longer than the MB. Re: New Barnes bullets I just bought the 171 Gr Barnes Match Burner bullets in .284. I will post the results ASAP. As of now, I have been using 162 GR A-Max with great results. .510 3-shot group @ 350 yards. Hopefully I will be able to reproduce that kind of performance w/the Barnes Match...- yagermyster
