I purchased a mag extension for my CZ 455 from Anarchy Outdoors. It installed easily, but I still can’t load more than 10 rds. it feels like the follower is just bottoming out. Is there some fitting involved?

Wow, I don’t understand how this would make any difference, but it definitely worked. Thanks!

I had the same issues, tried the fix Josh mentioned, didnt work. Took them off and will just deal with life without the extensions.

I tried several times and could not get the extensions to work right. Then I got to looking at the bottom of the extension and the bottom of the follower. You had square metal follower bottom edges trying to fit down into an extension with squared flat edges. I tool a knife and beveled/rounded the square shoulders of the extension so the follower could easily drop down to the bottom without hanging on those shoulders.
    Bingo! works fine now.

Cool, I will give this fix a try.

Mine isn't feeding as well as the l3i extensions for my BMR. May have to try those next if it doesn't feed next time I take the rifle out

I have had the same problem. I used a file instead of a knife but it was the same effect. I also had problems with the follower getting caught up after the first or second round fired. I beveled the inside of the magazine too so the transition back up was smooth as well.

so there I was at the first stage of the MARS match yesterday with what I was pretty sure was a dodgy magazine....

Sure nuff! The AoD extended mag wasn't feeding. I'd planned on that and had brought a 10 and a 5 to the firing line 'just in case.' That took a LOT of my 90sec up tho

Have been messing about with the mag/extension most of the afternoon. Fits 13 rounds without the spring just fine. I'd been using an allen wrench installed thru the hole in the extension to hold the follower in place as I loaded rounds Install the spring and it only fits 10. Grrr Gotta be something holding onto the spring. I've filed down the edges of the extension and mag.
