Doing some image searching I think it's Macau. Picture has been around since 2012. One reference said it was from Macau 2011. Possibly Michael Rutter.

If I was invited to one of those I’d stop talking to the person shits dumb as hell.
Had one crash about 1/2 mile from my house, I was in high school at the time. My uncle work on it restoring it before the crash with the Confederate Air Force.
