I would like to find a half-started replica of Petty's car that someone modified enough to fit the bigger tires and side gas cap, but not got to the point of painting it or stripping the lights and interior.

Look how far off the centerline the nose gear is. The pilot looks as though he was trying for the wrong line. The concrete taxiway is upwards of 8ft thick or so to withstand a 500k lb aircraft taxiing. The asphalt next to it is not.
