I'm now at 11 months on an order. I bought another same model stock out of pocket off the store website in the interim and I wasn't allowed to use the PRS discount even though I'm a member. I understand your frustration. I really do.

From the LRH product description page on Manners website:

"The MCS-LRH is designed for all Remington-based right hand actions, it can also be ordered in left hand version with a reinforced traditional bolt notch."

So I started filling out an order on the online stock builder page but there wasn't a LH option in the drop-down box, only RH. I emailed Manners for clarification and a few hours later got this reply:

"You can make a note at the end of the order for a Left Handed stock and we can change that once we download the online orders.

Just ordered a CS. I have tried other stocks, but just keep coming back. This will be my 7th Manners stock. I am hoping this ends up kind of like a suppressor and I just forgot about it until I am happily surprised by an email.

I guess the 6 months wait starts again!!!

Stock is a LRH in high plains camo. Yes I know they have them in stock, but I ordered mine with 95% paint as I hate black stocks. Open it up just to find that my stock is 60% black!!!

Emailed manners and received a fast response. I decided to call them. My options are send it in (I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING) and they can paint it or WAIT HOWEVER LONG for them to remake it because the paint is molded in the stock. In the past I have called them a couple times before to see if I can just order one from the website and add paint the answer was always a solid NO!!!! So I guess when they mess up an order they can just add paint šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø.

So now that they have given me a choice of paint or wait I decided to take their advice and NOT to add paint and have a new stock made the way I ordered it. I just hope that they put my order well ā€œREORDERā€ in front of the line.

I have 3 more stocks on order with 95% paint. Hopefully they get them right.

Please Manners do me right and put this remake to the front of the line.

Any pictures of 95% paint?

I had an issue with an inlet. Miscommunication on both sides so canā€™t blame them. Had the stock back in 3 weeks.

Ordered a PRS-TCS with steel arca rail and weights on 7/1/2021
Received the PRS-TCS with an aluminum rail and brass weights on 7/6/2022

When I reached out them regarding the rail and weights, they stated they don't offer the steel rail and weights anymore so they refunded me the difference. Besides that, great looking stock.

Anybody know what the wait times are for stock modifications?
ie...opening up the barrel channel?
 
I received a stock that needed the bolt release inletted more. [just some miscommunicaiton on both ends] I had the stock back in about 3 weeks.

Some sand paper around a socket, go slow and you'll have it done in 10-15. Clean the area of dust and apply a coat of paint to reseal the area. That's how I've always done it.

Yup...I've actually used 1" to 1 1/4" round sanding bits before

But they only charge $29 to do it...so there's that.

I use a dowel with sandpaper wrapped around it. Works fine. Then clean and seal it as mentioned above. Simple at home job.

I have also opened up the bolt handle area and the bolt release with a Dremel. Takes a few minutes also.

Anything. I usually use some black as that is what the barrel channel in mine were mostly but in one that was lighter brown I just used some clear sealer to spray it.
 
Drum sanders work good also for opening up barrel channels...

Saw a social media post not long ago from Manners. Something about increased manufacturing capabilities of certain stocks. I think they said LRH and EH1 to start, but TCS in the future.

Yup with new molds they are getting stocks out much faster. It is the LRH, and why there are so many for sale on their site, and then the EH-1 and the TCS are after that. That will be great and cut down the time to get one of those great stocks. Manners is always trying to do their best to get their customers what they need and make them happy.
 
I would think it's faster for them to make the LRH without the inletting for the action and bolt release.

Ordered a sa lrh middle of February still on the wait. Ordered la lrh middle of March and paid invoice last week!!!
 
I ordered an EH1 for a Tikka with mini-chassis and just received it today. Almost 8 months to the day.

I'll probably end up buying a krg bravo and modifying it to fit left hand. And use it until my Manners is done.
 
Iā€™m also on month 8, called last week and they said 4 more weeks due to them waiting on hardware.
 
I put an order in and was told 6 monthsā€¦ this is my 3rd stock from MCS but if any other company decided to come out with an EH1 style or LRH style stock Iā€™d go that route if they could deliver faster.
