I don't get too involved in the whole royal family BS, but this is pretty impressive:

As much as the idea of Royalty makes me sick and knowing how dirty the British Royal Family is along with the billions they have plundered for self enrichment while their people suffer.
As far as monarchs go, she is about as good as you can hope for. A respectable head of state who carried herself with class, dignity and humbleness.
Hopefully The British Abolish their royal system as its nothing but a drain on the economy plus achmed doesn't really give a shit about a Church of England leader.

Actually the British Royal family is a very large tourist draw (pre Covid) and makes significantly more in overall income for the country than it costs.
They are also very handy when you want to cut a deal with some Arab tyrant or African tyrant for rights to what's buried under their ground.
Petty tyrants love having royalty come to seal the trade deals. It also works well on many Asians.
Plus it's never a bad thing from global power to have the military in other countries swearing allegiance to your royalty instead of you know their own country type thing...

Highly doubt it. When you look at the full cost from infrastructure to security to maintenance and upkeep on dozens of properties alone with the costs for travel,ect; They are not bringing in more tourist money , atleast enough via taxes to offset it.
People are going to London to see the royal shit. They see the royal shit when they are in london. I doubt very much they would see a decrease in overall tourism.
The propperties could be liquidated providing an influx of tens of billions of dollars (if not hundreds since no one really knows their wealth, much like the roman church) of revenue that could be used to better the lives of its peasants....er servants.....er citizens.
