You assume he actually has any real control of anything?
He's a puppet they drug up to the max, wind up and walk out on stage to say things and then pull him back inside before he goes off the rails too badly.
Biden doesn't have the nuclear codes. He can't even walk across the street without losing his way.
Someone close to him DOES have the codes. And remember, those close to him are propping up a senile shitball and pushing him in front of the curtain. He is harmless, the motherfuckers handling him are more dangerous than a North Korean dictator.
